Context: In Carson and Nightmare's (Nathaniel's) argument, Carson mentioned Goldie (Kendall) having brain surgery

That's because...in Goldie's d3ath, bits of his brain went missing so he doesn't have his full brain and mental control of himself so Carson suggested Goldie getting surgery so maybe he'll get a new brain and become normal again, Carson made Nightmare promise to give Goldie the brain surgery if they ever go back to earth (with what money-? 🤨)

But Nightmare refused to give him the surgery, he was scared that he would get worse if people operated on him and he'll loose him forever, so instead, Nightmare just kept Goldie and his messed up brain the way it is and helped his development by taking care of him plus he didn't want to see Goldie in a state of suffering or dazed 😞
