In this video I discuss how I secure over 6 figures of business for my solo Lawncare operation before the season even kicks off! I use a modified Lawncare service agreement from @BriansLawnMaintenance to help organize services for current clients, get their service renewed for the upcoming season, and offer upsells in addition to their weekly lawn maintenance services.
Weekly mowing is just the foot in the door to driving revenue throughout the season and the service agreements help secure renewals before the spring rush, as well as allow me to determine what, if any, advertising I need to do to fill my schedule 100% before the mowing season even starts.
