Tashi Dhundup, the current Chief Representative Officer (CRO), was born into a humble Tibetan family in Leh, Ladakh, India. In this interview, he shares his journey of becoming the CRO of Leh. Through dedication and transparency, he chose to lead the Tibetan community in Ladakh forward. He believes that maintaining trust between leaders and the people is essential to the success of any community. Tashi also emphasizes that it is not solely the office's responsibility to improve the settlement — the community members must also actively participate and support its growth in any way they can.
