In this video you'll learn now direct and indirect object pronouns are used in Spanish conversation, a key Spanish grammar point for fluency!
Direct object pronouns refer to specific things you are talking about that directly receive the action of the verb. These pronouns prevent repetition and are essential for natural speech. The direct object pronouns in Spanish are: me, te, lo, la nos, os. los, las.
Indirect object pronouns are indirectly affected by the verb. They tell you for whom something is bought, given, told, etc. The indrect object pronouns are
me (to/for me)
te (to/for you)
le (to for him/her, you (formal))
nos (to/for us)
os (to/for you (informal, plural)
les (to/for them, you (plural/formal))
"Se "is another form of an indirect object pronoun. When the indirect object pronouns le and les are combined with the direct object pronoun lo, la, los or las, the indirect object pronouns change to se.
You'll hear many examples of that change in this Spanish conversation with native speakers.
