This week I've flown back from my 'holiday' in Dubai to support 3 of my clients competing in the same weekend. Telboy at FitX and Clint and Josh at their PCA First Timers shows - 2 men's physique and 1 classic bodybuilder. Follow along as I peak the boys for their top placings and finals invites.
I'll also be teasing my posterior session, which hasn't been on the channel for a while, where I train triceps, hamstrings, glutes, and back.
