'left in safe place, as no one was home'. (Whole family was actually home).
Didn't knock or ring door bell, 'didn't leave in 'safe' location.

A reasonable person would agree that the package was not left in a safe place as a passerby could easily see it and steal it. Further, multiple better positions are visibble, from the footage, as is the driveriers lack of interest focus

We actually have a package box, but its out of frame as its under the camera, but photographed in the 'proof of safe delivery' from the couriors own photo..

As it stands; the brands initial contact says this is a correct delivery....
This would mean in return everyone could just chuck a return just inside thieir 'space' at any store, and walk away. No different to their delivery...
Hopefully they reach out and accept that a 'delivery' thats dumped, in a fully visible location, as shown by the theft son after is acknowlefged and rectified.
