Stanley Tasmania, situated near the North West corner of Tasmania.
A beautiful place full of colourful buildings, beaches and of course the famous 'Nut' towering over the town.
Great weather to visit and a cool breeze to climb the Nut.
I found out through photographs around town that a Dreamworks movie called 'The light between oceans' was filmed here with Jack Thompson ,Michael Fassbender,and many other famous names,it was a period movie, where gravel replaced road and horses pulled wagons through the street.I haven't yet seen this movie.
Every street had something to film ,definitely visit if you come this way.
