Ingredients

300 g squid
7-8 cloves garlic
2-3 spur chilies, or another type of mild
⅓ cup julienned fingerroot (Krachai)
⅓ cup of baby corn
3-4 vines of young green peppercorn
1 cup Thai basil
5-6 kaffir lime leaves
2-3 Tbsp water or stock
1.5 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
