Ingredients:-

Oil - 300ml
Bay leaf - 3 to 4
Cinnamon stick - 4
Javitri - small amt
Black ppr - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 5 to 6
Cloves - 7 to 8
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Sliced onion - 3 large
Garlic paste - 2 tbspn
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Chicken - 1.5 kg
Salt - 2 tspn
Green chilli paste - 3 tsp Cashewnut - 1 cup
Melon seeds - 1/2 cup
Black/White ppr - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 400gm
Malai / Fresh cream - 100gm
Whole green chilli - 3
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Desi ghee
Soaked Rice - 1kg
Water - 4 to 5 liter

📌 NOTE:- We Have Not added Garam Masala Pwdr in it cuz v hv kept light Spicy if U like little more Spicy Flavour then U May add Some garam masala pwder in the masala..
