Lithosphere - Inspired by Kerala’s timeless architecture, this tropical modern residence is crafted with natural materials that age with grace:
Locally sourced granite & laterite cladding stones that will mature as beautifully as the family within.
Doors, windows, and bespoke furniture in Nilambur teak warmth and longevity in every detail.
A skylit courtyard at the heart connecting dining, family living, bedrooms, and kitchen in a seamless flow of light and life.

Interiors kept minimal & earthy with Kota stone floors (leather finish in the courtyard, polished in bedrooms) and river-washed black granite in shared spaces.

This is not just a residence it’s a dialogue between tradition and modern living, between stone and wood, between indoors and the tropical outdoors.
