Thanks to a variety of people/sources more vintage photos continue to pop up. Most of us, including Winonans, don't have the time to continually research so we can enjoy our history. For whatever reason I've found myself somewhat in the role of procuring these moments and matching them with some great music. This is the 4th of a series. There are several more but they are either much longer or they are relative to things like the natural beauty of this gem (Winona, MN.) Of course, my opinion is seriously slanted.
