INGREDIENTS :
250 grams white fish fillet
2 tbsp flour for dredging
ground black pepper
salt
40 grams unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp capers, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
