Tanned Forge 1.16.5 LP Episode 5 Part 5

Episode 5 of Tanned Forge 1.16.5 my 2nd Forge LP. Originally recorded on April 25th 2021

In episode 5 I did mining for metal resources off camera, I get Charcoal as I use up a lot of Coal. Continue with Omega Craft upgrades/modifications like the Dedicated Alloy Smelter. Still have issues with some ways ingots or items have use/item status or whatever the case.

I upgraded Glow Panels to later tiers. Briefly go back into Candyland for some food. Back to the Nether for more Quartz.

Forget how Methane works and uses fire sources (because of recipe assuming it was related) then around cows to work with the block that uses it for power generation from the Odd Power mod (and other solutions I looked into). Looking to Thermoelectric instead.

I go back to a village for Haybales/look at trades. I work around Pipez filters.

I fail to work around Redstone as usual. XD Even though I do as best I understand to recreate it's design based on the image. I planned on having a Redstone setup for sticky pistons and blocks being pushed up to try the Odd Power power gen. I didn't plan on using it as I knew I'd struggle with it anyway and use the other blocks instead.

But I struggle with it anyway and give up but leave it in the world save anyway for those that want to use it. Because I just do which is why I never use Redstone dust/gates but understand can tech mods and upgrades for the states of Redstone on/off instead.

I look up Cursed Earth and Wither Roses. Use a Jetpack to get around. I go to the Nether to hunt for Wither Skulls for the Wither Rose to use the Cursed Earth in the mob farm.

Use the Nether Warts from chests in the Nether Fortress, upgrade the Electric PIckaxe.
