Cheech & Chong have been invited to the Amsterdam Film Festival where they are understandably mistaken for the guests of honour - Dolly Parton & Burt Reynolds. After hitting the town and sampling some of Amsterdam's culinary delights, the pair return to their hotel slightly the worse for wear. As they stumble into a press conference intended to introduce Parton & Reynolds, Chong begins dreaming about a press conference of an entirely different kind.....
