6 chicken thighs
800 grams of frozen garden peas
3 medium potatoes

Leaves from half a parsley package
2 large onions
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
A cup and a half of boiling water
Spoon flat turmeric
A teaspoon full of cinnamon
Teaspoon salt 3
Tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
1. Chop 2 large onions into small cubes and set aside. Peel 3 potatoes, cut into cubes and set aside. Thinly chop leaves from half a parsley package, half a coriander package and set aside. Thaw 800 grams of frozen garden peas in a bowl with boiling water and set aside. In a large saucepan over medium flame, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
2. When the oil is hot add cubes of onions and fry to make them transparent. Add a tablespoon of crushed garlic, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of salt, a flat turmeric turmeric dome and mix well. After half a minute, add the chicken pieces to the pot with their skin facing the bottom of the pot and fry for 10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes, turn the chicken pieces and fry for another 5 minutes.
4. After 45 minutes turn the chicken pieces, add the peas, potatoes, increase flame and cook for about fifteen minutes.
5. After fifteen minutes lower flame and add chopped coriander leaves, chopped parsley leaves, turn chicken pieces and cook for about 20 minutes / until softened.
