We wanted to share our current new build nightmares we are experiencing, we've had a few issues that have been on going ever since we moved in and thankfully we put our complaints to our new build developer, in writing which covered us under our two year defect period within the property. We don't like doing negative videos as we have plenty of good to say about buying a new build however, we felt it was important to be transparent about our current nightmares within our new build home. #newbuild #newbuildnightmares #homeowner
