I take you through one full round of this HIIT circuit. You have eight moves you will complete for 45 seconds on followed by a 15 second rest. Shoot for 4 to 5 rounds total. You can use this video and follow along to do the moves with me for the full round, then go back to the beginning of the video to start over for the subsequent rounds.
All you will need is a set of dumbbells and an equalizer for the reverse rows. If you don’t have an equalizer, you can do a bent over row, TRX row, or something to work the back.
TOTAL BODY BLAST!!
-switch lunge with jump squat
-Db thruster
-Touch down skaters
-Equalizer reverse rows
-Burpee single knee tuck
-Plié with curl to lateral raise
-Walking plank Jack legs
-Straight let Alternating twist w/ DB
Watch video one time through to understand the moves. Again you will complete each move above for 45 seconds. You will rest for 15 seconds after. Shoot for 4 to5 rounds total!
