It’s always cool to take it back to the beginning of an artist’s journey, and I’m excited to go through his music in order to see how he grows and evolves over time. Even from the start, this track has such a distinct vibe — slower, more sultry, and full of intention.

The message behind this one really hit home for me. I’m huge on living outside of the natural system… stepping away from what we’re told to be, and instead choosing to live freely, gain wisdom, and explore our own minds. We’re powerful in ways we often forget, and this song captures that beautifully.

Such a strong, meaningful, and artistic way for Carpetman to introduce himself to the world.
