Claypot Tofu (砂锅豆腐)

No need fancy seasonings as the claypot helps to lock in the original flavours of the ingredients.

Ingredients (For 2~3)
80 g pork meat
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tapioca starch
a few drops of sesame oil
dash of white pepper powder

2 tubes of egg tofu
1 tsp minced garlic
2 mushrooms, cut into slices
1 carrot, cut into slices
100 g broccoli
2 tbsp oyster sauce
300 ml water
3 baby corn

配料 (2~3)
80克猪肉
1茶匙米酒
1茶匙酱油
1茶匙木薯淀粉
几滴芝麻油
一点白胡椒粉

2管鸡蛋豆腐
1茶匙切碎的大蒜
2个蘑菇，切成片
1胡萝卜切成片
100克西兰花
2汤匙牡蛎酱
300毫升水
3玉米笋
