In this video, we are going to look at the in-depth analysis of APMC (Agriculture Produce Market & Livestock Committee)/ Regulated Market Committees (RMC) Yard, which is any place in the market area managed by a Market Committee, for the purpose of regulation of marketing of notified agricultural produce and livestock.
Recently, there have been strong protests from farmers, especially from the states of Punjab and Haryana, against three farm laws. These laws envisage to bring change in some of the key aspects of the farm economy — trade in agricultural commodities, price assurance, farm services including contracts, and stock limits for essential commodities.
