NFSMW with Japanese voice mod. Using audio files from PS2 version. Movie cutscenes (not showed here) were in Japanese as well. For movie cutscenes, I replaced the english audio from .vp6 videos with Japanese ones (Extracted from PS2's .mpc video) with VP6 Converter 0.08.
Oh, by the way, I was meant to record this at 60 fps, but my not-so-high-end potato laptop seems can't handle recording at that framerate. (I'm recording this with OBS.). And, one more thing, this video not for showing how good my gameplay is, but just showing this mod I'm working on.
