老北市 地处沈阳原市府广场以西。因清太宗皇太极于1636年在此赖建皇家寺庙莲花净土实胜寺（皇寺）而兴，积淀有国家级文物保护单位锡伯家庙（太平寺），民国风情商业街区文奉园和明清风格仿古商业街区文盛园，产生并传承有辽菜传统烹饪技艺、奉天落子、北市摔跤、皇寺庙会等非物质文化遗产项目。多元文化在此发展，糅杂共生，最终呈现沈阳原住民生活画卷，衍生出“老北市最/醉沈阳”文化地标，淬炼形成关东文化的精髓与灵魂。
Old North City is located to the west of the original city square in Shenyang. It was prospered by Emperor Taizong’s Emperor Emperor Taiji in 1636 when he built the royal temple Lotus Pure Land Shisheng Temple (Imperial Temple). The Xibojia Temple (Taiping Temple), a national cultural relic protection unit, and Wenfeng Garden in the commercial district of the Republic of China and the Ming and Qing Dynasties have been accumulated. Wensheng Park, an antique-style commercial district, has produced and inherited intangible cultural heritage projects such as traditional Liao cuisine cooking skills, Fengtian Luozi, Beishi wrestling, and imperial temples. The development of diverse cultures here, mixed and coexisted, finally presents a picture of the life of the aboriginal people in Shenyang, and derives the cultural landmark of "Old North City/Drunk Shenyang", which refines the essence and soul of the Kandong culture.
