🥮 Ingredient and the Method:
For the Caramel:
Sugar 100g (½ cup)
For the Cheese Custard:
Cream Cheese 350g (1 and ½ cups)
6 Eggs (medium size)
Condensed Milk 400g (1 and 1/3 cups)
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons (optional)
Heavy Cream 180ml (¾ cup)
Measuring cup size - 240 ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb)
Method:
Caramel:
Let the sugar caramelise over medium heat. 
Do not stir until you see a colour change.
When you get a dark amber color, turn off the heat.
Quickly pour into the baking pan and spread evenly.
Let it cool.
Flan
Whisk/ Blend everything together until creamy.
(for about 2-3 minutes)
Sieve gently into the baking pan.
Place in a water bath.
Cover the top with foil.
Bake at 175c (350f) for about 1 Hr.
Or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Take out of the water bath.
Cover with a cling film.
Let it chill in a fridge for a few hours or overnight!
Turn upside down onto a serving plate.
