Have you ever seen a picture of Kelinking Beach? We had. If this is what Nusa Penida looks like, we wanted to check it out!

We also visitet Broken Beach, Angels Billabong, Crystal beach and went snorkeling to look for Manta Rays.

To go to Nusa Penida we had to take a from Sanur.. A fast boat. But it was not only the boat that was fast. We had watched a few youtube videos about this trip before, and they had mentioned a certain type of music on board. Let me know if you like it as much as we do:)

wE booked our tickets from a local company called Skypenida and as we arrived in Nusa Penida, Kadek was waiting for us at the shore to take us to our accommodation. I really can’t tell you how easy it was to use Skypenida to arrange everything for us compared to doing everything ourselves. The Skypenida guys picked us up at the hotel, they picked up our tickets for us and took us to Sanur and made sure we got on the boat.

This kind of help is exactly what we need when travelling as a family in Bali! It is well worth the extra money to travel hassle free like this! Especially when we know that these are local, superfriendly guys providing excellent service! If you ever want to go to any of the Islands around Bali, just send them a message and they will arange everything for you at a reasonable price.

And just as the night was setting in, we arrived at Wayans place in Nusa Penida. How did it look? Wait till u see it in the morning:=)

Wayan had several different tours we could choose from, and when we decided what to do, she called up Ketut to pick us up and drive us around.

In Bali they have a special system for names. The first born is Wayan, second is Kadek, third is Nyoman and the last on is Ketut. And If you have more than 4 kids, you start all over again with Wayan. That is pretty cool, but how you tell everybody apart? Let us know in the comments!

We really enjoyed Nusa Penida. Broken Beach, Kilinking Beach, Angels Billabong and Crystal beach were all worth a visit, and the icing of the cake was snorkeling for manta Rays and Sea turtles.
