Solo C.E it's possible without EW and resistance gear, had done this before but decided to update the video since there was a Wiz rework.
Sadly I had to record it on Star server with close to 200ping, so there are a few lag spikes and misplays due to how bad the lag was, but just to rest my case, even with lag solo C.E without shield and EW abuse its 100% possible.
