VLOGMAS DAY 9!
Our first time at the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest was so fun! Being immersed in all the tall bamboo was such a cool experience. We collected many stamps, good eats, and memories in Kyoto. Visiting the Nintendo Store was so much fun, and everything in the store was so cute, it was hard not to do more shopping. Afterwards, we had a unique and delicious dining experience at Menya Totaro that we highly recommend for anyone looking for a local & fun experience. Hiro-san walks you through how to enjoy each of his noodle dishes, and he even shared all of his region specific food recommendations with us! This felt like such a special kismet experience. I'm so happy we got to do this together, and shout out Ethan for the rec! We ended the night eating amongst the locals in Umeda in Osaka. The Kansai region has such a special place in my heart, and I look forward to coming back again next time!
