The South Tyne Trail is a 22.75-mile (36.5-kilometer) walking and cycling route in the North Pennines of England. The trail follows the South Tyne River from its source to Haltwhistle, passing through the remote countryside of East Cumbria and the former North Pennines.
In this video I do a 23 km loop on the South Tyne trail, following the route of the old Haltwhistle to Alston railway line, crossing the spectacular Lambley Viaduct.
