Demolition of flooded hardwood and full restoration and repair of terrazzo floor that is over 100 yo

In this video we showcase a challenging project of terrazzo floor restoration at the university. The hardwood floor that was covering terrazzo got damaged from flooding. There was an old over 100 years old terrazzo underneath that hardwood floor. Terrazzo was in a severe condition. Besides the hardwood glue has penetrated into terrazzo over the years and was a challenging part of demolition. We got everything taken care of and fully restored, repaired, and patched this old terrazzo at the historic building of the university. You can see the dramatic difference of before and after results.
