Welcome to Yoga with me, Sophie Coggins: I’m so glad you’re here. In these online yoga sessions, we’ll explore various practices designed to support your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being. Remember, as you follow along, it’s essential to listen to your body and honour its unique needs—after all, I can’t see you!
Throughout the practice there should be no sensations of pain, pins, needles, numbness or tingling. If so, the shape isn't suiting you so ease out of it and take a restorative/ supportive shape that you know feels good for you.
Take your time throughout the sessions, modify poses as needed, and know that it’s perfectly okay to pause and stop if something doesn’t feel right. Your journey is personal, and the online videos are simply a guide.
