Injection unit area, nozzle, nozzle heater, barrel head, barrel, front heater, middle heater, rear heater, material hopper, injection screw, injection cylinder, injection pressure gauge, hydraulic motor, injection carriage, carriage cylinder, main hydraulic pump pressure gauge, robot arm.

1. Mold close, low pressure, set minimum pressure purpose to safety, set limit mold thickness for high pressure clamp, and lock by hydraulic system. Injection unit forward, high pressure nozzle touch and lock by hydraulic system.
2. Fill injection
3. Hold injection
4. Charging and cooling, hydraulic motor pressure, back pressure, pull back to prevent material drolling from nozzle, set by distance or time. Injection unit backward.
5. Mold open, high pressure clamp release, mold open complete confirm to robot, product ejection. End cycle.
