When participants don't engage - Do this!

One of the 3 most common challenges in virtual meetings and workshops are "Quiet Lurkers" that are not engaging with your content.

📴 Most of the time have their video off
⌨️ Might be multitasking, replying to emails, or on their phone
🤐 Won’t unmute or actively participate
😠 Usually HAVE to attend because their boss send them

The good news is that this is usually easy to fix, if you set clear expectations ahead of time, engage them with something easy right away and keep increasing the intensity of your invitations.
