A selection of fruits made into dehydrated cocktail garnishes.
I used a dehydrator set to 70deg. for 21hours. You can also use an oven set on bake at the lowest temperature if you don't have a dehydrator.
the red syrup is a rose hibiscus and the blue is a butterfly pea flower extract.
