Jamaican Publishers Clearing House Scam Exposed Peter Goodman Part 2

In part one of “Jamaican Lottery Scammer Peter Goodman Exposed,” I took entry-level scammer Peter Goodman for a long ride — convincing him that I had mailed $1000 to one of his money mules. But instead of sending the money, I tracked down the real “money mule,” who turned out to be another one of their victims, and warned her about the scam.

In this follow-up video, the scam becomes even more elaborate. Peter Goodman’s boss and mentor — David Sayers, posing as the Executive Director of the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes Commission — steps in to try and close the deal. The only problem? That “commission” doesn’t exist, and the real Dave Sayers retired from Publishers Clearing House years ago.

Throughout this video, I break down every manipulation tactic these scammers use — from fake titles and false authority to their favorite barcode transaction scam, which is used to launder victims’ money.
