When I’m not home in Hawaii I’m still craving my local Hawaiian foods. Luckily the PNW has so many great restaurants and food carts that do Hawaiian really well. Husubis is a poke shop in the downtown Vancouver Washington area making literally some of the best poke outside of Hawaii! They are so kind I love stopping to chat with them.
