🚀 In this video I present a proof of concept showing how to control Bitwig Studio using natural language.
The setup uses the MCP protocol (Model Context Protocol), where Claude AI acts as the client. Through an MCP server and a MIDI bridge, it communicates directly with the Bitwig API.
👉 In the video I explain briefly how the MCP protocol works and how the different components interact.
I demonstrate first functions such as:
Start/Stop
Setting the tempo
Adding tracks
Generating notes
⚡️ This is a work in progress – my goal is to gradually make the entire Bitwig API available through the MCP server.
