The Future Imagemakers Workshop is a free NYC-based high school program in which students photograph their families, friends, and communities to create photographic essays exploring their day-to-day lives, dreams, concerns, and social-political challenges. It is ideal for those that are underrepresented in the photography community

The 2015 program runs on Saturdays from February to May from 10 am until 4 pm. Perfect attendance and punctuality are required along with dedication and enthusiasm. Digital cameras are provided for the high school students, however students are expected to provide their own transportation and lunch.
