I gave up all forms of caffeine - coffee, tea and even chocolate - for fourteen days to find out just how much caffeine affects me. It turns out, caffeine was having a pretty serious impact on my sleep and how I feel generally. It was tough! But it was a great challenge that I wanted to crack for a long time and I'm really happy I put in the time.
