Together, we dive into organizing, planning and scheduling several big batch massive meal prepping days for my family of 10 while juggling family life alone and managing multiple household schedules and needs to make it all happen. We’re still eating through the huge large family meals we prepped ahead, which make the week so much easier; especially as I juggle multiple dentist appointments, car repairs, deep cleaning projects, and my full-time working mom responsibilities.

And within all of that, we manage to drink our morning coffee ☕, get our protein in, hit our steps, and get in weekly runs! 🏃‍♀️ It’s a mega momma, super duper loaded week, as we do; but you’re right here with me as we also plan for an upcoming big family backyard camping adventure and so much more too!
