Chaos Doctrine - One of My Bad Days (Official Video)

One of My Bad Days is the new official video from Chaos Doctrine. It was the third single from the band's forthcoming third album, "Bellum" (to be released 26 April 2024). Originally released July 2023, the track was an instant Chaos Doctrine classic - bringing the band's signature industrialised thrash edge at a new level. The single also received the Metal Hammer honours of both 10 Best New Metal Songs for the Week and 100 Best New Metal Songs for the Year in 2023.

The track tells us that the track presents a mass murderer relaying his dark tales during interrogation, with no hint of remorse or assumed guilt. To make this tale a visual experience, the band again enrolled close friend Pierre Smith. Pierre is an internationally acclaimed film maker who brought us the video to the band’s 2021 video for ‘Father Grigori’.

“We wanted to be more industrious in our video this time: combining authentic band footage with a bit of story-telling”, says vocalist Dr D. “We wanted to do this video a long time ago already, but Pierre was working in Europe, and we were focusing on completing Bellum”. Guitarist and band producer Alec Surridge adds, “it was amazing to have Pierre back in Gemini AD Studios. He has the ability to shoot our vision exactly and did an amazing job bringing the psychopathic aggression of this track to screen”.
