Safely Pressure Canning Ham & Bean Soup For The Pantry

Today I’m bringing you a video on how to safely can ham and bean soup. I hope it inspires you to try it yourself.

Recipe:
4 cups of cubed, ham
4 cups of c celery
4 cups of carrots
2 cups of onion
2 pounds of soaked navy beans
1 tablespoon of herbs to Provence
3/4 of a cup of chicken, liquid bouillon base
1/4c. Minced garlic
Three peppercorns and a half a bay leaf in each jar
24 cups of springwater
