Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that he has received US President Donald Trump’s updated 28 point peace plan for the Ukraine conflict, revealing that Moscow was asked to show “flexibility” during their Alaska talks. Putin said Russia agreed to the compromises proposed but claimed Washington has paused discussions because Kyiv refuses to engage. He warned that Ukraine and its European backers are misreading the battlefield and pointed to Kupyansk as proof of what he called their “illusion” of progress.
