You can use this backing track in combination with several exercises from my "L.O.E." Course. This playalong features 64 bars with a single chord: C7sus4. Scales that I like to combine with this backing track:
F major (and its modes, e.g. G dorian)
Bb major (and its modes, e.g. D phrygian)
F harmonic minor (and its modes, e.g. C phryg dom)
D harmonic minor (and its modes, e.g. A phryg dom)
F melodic minor (and its modes, e.g. E altered)
