Can We Harden a Railroad Track Anvil?

Railroad track anvils are common in DIY blacksmithing, but they have one big problem – they're too soft! In this video, I attempt to harden mine using my cheap methods and home made forge. Will it work, or will I just ruin my first born son, I mean my anvil? Stick around to find out!
