In this video we replace the top engine mount (torque arm bushing) on a 2004 Volvo XC70. This repair is also relevant for Volvo models XC90, C70, S60, V70, S70, S80 and more. Car owner complained of a clunking sound from the engine bay when switching from park into drive or reverse. This mount rubber bushing is known to where out causing excess movement and metal on metal contact within the mount causing the clunk sound. Easy DIY replacement.
