☕CAFE STUDY SESSION INDIA | 🧠Clinical Psychology | Background noise, 🎶no music

Hello 👋🏼 Study with me at a cafe ☕ today for an hour without any breaks, and no music 🎶. This is a relatively chill study session for me since it was just for an hour, but I hope you are able to focus with complete concentration and get through your To-Do list ✅ with me!

📚 In this session, I was watching a lecture on attention, perception, learning and memory as part of cognitive psychology 🧠. I was also simultaneously referring to my notes, and to make sure I completely understand tougher concepts, I would write them in a book. Thus, I was engaging my visual, auditory and tactile systems with the same information, hoping to consolidate it in my memory. I had a nice iced vanilla latte and a cookie 🍪 as well.

A few words about me:
I have finished my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and am currently applying to MPhil Clinical Psychology programs in India, which is a pre-doctoral licensing degree, equivalent to residency. I create Study With Me videos to help myself and others feel motivated, and because I hate studying alone but I also hate studying with people in person because it’s too distracting 📚✨
