This was my first quince instructing after a few years, we faced many challenges. From kids cancelling to be in Alexa's court, kids not showing up or just being kids. Fun fact; Alexa is my friend's daughter I've known since I was 17. When my friend asked me to choreograph Alexa's quince, I felt honored cause the first time I met her she was only 4 years old. When the day finally came it from teaching these kids bachata and to find their own rhythm with the other songs, but also giving them support cause they head felt the confident to come to with certain concerns. These kids practiced in the rain, woke up early on a hot Saturday morning and to all pull it together to make Alexa's big day as fun and special it can be. I'm proud of these kids, not only did they do an amazing job but seeing them proud of themselves was another accomplishment.
