REACTING TO BAMA RUSH TIKTOK FASHION (i am concerned)

The University of Alabama has taken over TikTok's For You Page in the past week or so with it's plethora of pledges trying to get into the Sororities of their choosing. A host of young hopefuls began to showcase what they would be wearing throughout their Rush week in order to give their audiences a better view of what their outfits of the day really looked like. I was both intrigued and disgusted with the fashion choices, as many opted for a cottage core aesthetic while also donning some pretty
questionable dress, skirt, short, and shoe choices. And at the same time, I thought since it took over a portion of the fashion conversation, it should be dissected a bit more too!
