The Celebrity Edge and Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas had an epic horn battle as the Adventure of the Seas began to depart the port on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. The day was historic because it was the first time two North American based cruise ships were docked in the same port on a revenue sailing since the cruising shutdown in March 2020. Celebrity Edge Captain Kate McCue was waving and encouraging the cruise ship horn battle from just off the bridge of her ship.
