Lori's Twisty Bind Off - Knitting Help - Kostenn Cowl Bind Off

This video was made on request of several test knitters testing my patterns. As such, it's made for specific patterns and does not represent every single way to use this bind off.

2:05 - Start of instructions - You will need a DPN or straight needle to work this bind off!

Bind off using Lori's twisty bind off! This is my favorite bind off because of how quick it is, how stretchy it is, and how unobtrusive it is to the overall pattern.

This can be worked with any ribbing pattern, just make sure you're twisting correctly.

This bind off pairs perfectly with the twisted loop cast on.

If working in the round, you will most likely need a DPN or straight needle to work the twists.
This also works well when flat, no DPN needed.

Annotation
2:15 - You want to be careful not to twist the yarn along with the stitch.




Products used:
Chiaogoo Red Lace 16" circular knitting needles, size 5
Chiaogoo DPN, size 5 (use the same size as working needles, or 1-3 sizes bigger for a stretchier bind off)
Caron Simply Soft Yarn in Grey Heather
