"We are the Lemurian Star Mothers, we are a familiar voice; we are a familiar frequency. For the large majority of those who will receive this transmission, are very closely connected to the land of Mu. There are those of you who hear its echoes every time you connect with the waters of Gaia, with the crystals of Gaia, with the plants and the flowers of Gaia, with the rocks and mountains of Gaia.

There are those of you who remember how easy it was to transform into a flower, to wave, to transform into a rock, to merge with the beautiful waters of the oceans or the river, and play in fire and flow, immersing yourself in the divine blueprint of all creation. We come to remind you that you still possess those abilities, and there are many of you who, in your desire to assist Gaia with the activation of her crystalline grid, would benefit greatly from the remembrance of these abilities.
